Vaada Raha directed by Sameer Karnik is about a doctor who meets with an accident and is left handicapped for life. Bobby Deol plays the doctor and Kangna his girlfriend who dumps him after the accident. The film is ready for release.

Kangna also has Anurag Basu's Kites starring Hrithik Roshan and Mexican beauty Barbara Mori. The movie is a romantic triangle where Hrithik plays a salsa teacher who falls in love with his Latino student (Mori). Kangna also plays a student who is rich and spoilt. She too falls for Hrithik. The movie is in the post production stage.

Then there is Milan Luthria's Once Upon a Time in Mumbai starring Ajay Devgan, Emraan Hashmi and Prachi Desai. The film is based on the rise of the mafia in Mumbai in the 70's and 80's. There are also rumours that Ajay Devgan's character is based on the life of notorious don Haji Mastan. This movie is still in the pre-production stage.

Kangna is also doing Puri Jagannadh's Telugu movie Ek Niranjan starring Prabhas and Sonu Sood.
