Mohanlal is now Colonel Mahadevan!
Mohanlal stars as Colonel Mahadevan, who fights in the Kargil war.
"The situations are different, but we have just taken Mahadevan's character from the earlier film. He was a major then and now has become a colonel," says Major. Ravi.
He thinks that the Kargil war remains fresh in the minds of the people. The film was even shot at the original locations. "The Kargil mountains looked barren and very dusty, but the strategic importance of the area is tremendous," reminds the former army officer.
