To make a debut opposite Shah Rukh Khan, under the Yashraj banner, in a love story directed by Aditya Chopra. It's stuff dreams are made of. By that logic, former model Anushka Sharma is a very lucky girl.

And while Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi is one of the most eagerly awaited films of 2008, here's hoping SRK's good-luck charm will work on his new leading lady as it did for Deepika Padukone in last year's Om Shanti Om. As an aside, both Sharma and Padukone hail from Bangalore.
