Die Hard 2 director Renny Harlin did well with this avalanche-and-adrenalin mix. Sly starred as Gabe Walker in a rescue mission blended with a tale of stolen money scattered across the mountains like buried treasure. The stunts were authentic to an impressive degree, and while the film may not boast of originality, it's a fine blockbuster, as drinkworthy -- and forgettable -- as a chilled beer.
