Barsat Ki Raat
This film is memorable for many reasons, besides Madhubala.
One of them is Bharat Bhushan, who is still remembered for the beautiful title song, Zindagi Bhar Nahi Bhoolegi Woh Barsaat Ki Raat, picturised on him.
The film was directed by P L Santoshi, father of the now acclaimed director Rajkumar Santoshi, and tells the story of a poet who is inspired to write and sing songs after an encounter with a girl on a rainy night.
The film had lovely music composed by Roshan, father of director Rakesh Roshan, including the song Na Toh Kara Ki Talash Na Toh by Mohammad Rafi and Manna Dey.
