Clearly the most ineffectual villain on the list, it's clear this man wouldn't have made it here except for nepotism; he does declare himself Mogambo's nephew, after all. That and the fact that he too is as unforgettable as they come.
Director Rajkumar Santoshi wrote his own dialogues for Andaz Apna Apna, and while the entire film is littered with one-liner gems -- several also going to Paresh Rawal's Teja, the villain obsessed with marks on cheeks and dreaming of an eventual poultry farm -- we give pride of place to the utterly fantastical caped crook, Crime Master GoGo.
Shakti Kapoor decidedly at the height of his powers, GoGo is a blundering wannabe supervillain who ends up anything but super. Visibly someone used to failure, GoGo refrains from high ambition and ends up constantly compromising. Hence this key-phrase: 'I've come, so I'll definitely take something,' GoGo declares, almost with perverse pride. Brilliant.
