Acting under the guidance of director Orson Welles was a memorable experience for Heston.

The actor played Mexican head of the Pan-American Nacotics Commission who, along with his wife (played by Janet Leigh), become witnesses to a fatal car bomb blast. Welles, too had a role -- that of a corrupt detective.
