Kamal Haasan's 10 avatars
The shooting of Dasavatharam started in Chennai and moved to Malaysia, USA and then back to Tamil Nadu, to Pichavaram near Chidambaram, to be precise.
Though all the dialogue portions are canned, two songs are to be shot in Chennai on the sets designed by the national award winning art director Thotta Tharani.
Cinematography is by Ravi Varman who shot Haasan's last successful film, Gowtham Menon's Vettayadu Vilayadu.
Dasavatharam will be simultaneously released in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi.
