Krithika Sengal plays Prerna, the eldest daughter of Sneha and Omi.
Her character, fondly called P2, is a sweet and caring girl brought up in a gurukul. She is very close to Prerna Dadi and takes care of all her sisters. She follows in her dadi's foot steps and shares a very strong bond with her sister Dhara.
Speaking about her role, she says, "the role of P2 is very challenging...I'm partly like her as I am also caring and love my family. But unlike her I am more of an extrovert and naughty," she adds.
Originally from Kanpur, Sengal is in Mumbai for her graduation (media and advertising).
She has also auditioned for the role of Sanchi opposite Nakul in Kyunki Saas Bhi Bahu Thi. "I have done few episodes for Kyunki...whether I will continue to do so I have no idea," she adds.
