You have directed Vikram in Maja. How was the experience of doing a Tamil film?
Believe me, it was like a picnic and I have thoroughly enjoyed making the film.
On looking back, are you happy the way your career has shaped up?
(Smiles) I believe I have enough reason to feel happy. I do feel that my first three films belonged to a certain genre. Mayavi may have been treated in a similar way as Thommanum Makkalum, but still I regard it as my best film yet.
