An interesting thing about Thooku Thooki, made in 1954, is that all three Travancore sisters -- Lalitha, Padmini and Ragini -- danced to the song Sundari Soundari.

In that year, Sivaji Ganesan won the Best Actor Award from the Film Fans Association of Madras for this film.
