'Maya Bazaar is not a love story'

On her Hindi films

The Hindi films I am working on are Benaam and Mahatma versus Gandhi. In Mahatma versus Gandhi, I play Gandhi's daughter-in-law. I am doing a Punjabi film directed by Deepak Garewal, (an associate of Rajkumar Santoshi), starring Om Puri and Gurdas Mann. About 80 per cent of the film has been shot in Canada and the rest will be shot in India later on this month.

Working with Amitabh Bachchan (in Dil Jo Bhi Kahen and Family) was a dream come true and a learning experience. He has a great sense of humour. Even at his age, he is punctual and energetic. His enthusiasm will put any newcomer to shame. I had a good time working with Salman Khan (Tere Naam) and Abhishek Bachchan (Run) too. Salman is giving and caring. Unlike what people say, he is a good human being. He was helpful too.

Abhishek is quite a prankster on the sets and is fun to be with.
