Set in Varanasi, Banoo Main Teri Dulhaan revolves around Vidya, (played by Divyanka Trivedi) a girl married to a mentally challenged person. Vidya refuses to take things lying down and is currently working hard towards curing her husband, played by Sharad Malhotra. Bordering on the lines of Koshish: Ek Asha, this serial is all set to be a slow-but-steady performer.
