After 10 flops, critics believed Kuch Na Kaho would finally make Abhishek Bachchan big.

They had their reasons. It was the debut of director Rohan Sippy, son of Ramesh Sippy, who had directed the legendary Sholay. The promos looked colourful and Abhishek's co-star Aishwarya was gorgeous.

However, the story was weak. Audiences couldn't handle the love story and rejected the film. The songs were good though.
