What the film is about: Nedumudi Venu and his son Dilip have a great relationship. Dilip falls in love with Navya Nair and plans to marry her. But when he discovers his father frequently waiting under Navya's balcony and at her college gate, he suspects his father is in love with the same girl.

Life gets complicated when Dilip discovers that, in reality, his dad is infatuated with Navya's guardian and that Navya's dad is not happy with that...

Why it should be remade: It will be a perfect Bollywood family drama verging on a soap. And a story about senior citizens getting married will be a hit just like Baghban was. Plus the film has great comic moments.
