No one expected Phir Hera Pheri to be a bigger hit than its blockbuster original Hera Pheri.

Paresh Rawal, Akshay Kumar and Suniel Shetty proved that they make a rocking trio at box office. This, even though Hera Pheri's director Priyadarshan refused to direct the sequel.

Neeraj Vohra, who wrote the screenplay for the original, directed the film and proved himself.

Now, plans for a third part are already underway.
