Chennai's filmi weddings: Selva, Sonia to tie the knot
Selvaraghavan, a mechanical engineer by training, burst on to the Tamil film scene with Kadhal Kondein starring his younger brother Dhanush as the hero. Dhanush's heroine was Sonia Agarwal, a model from Mumbai. That film was a huge, huge success and Dhanush became a sensation.
Selvaraghavan had told rediff.com earlier that Kadhal Kondein was not his first film and it was Thulluvatho Ilamai, which he had ghost-directed for his father.
