So, what's new on TV?

One of the most publicised serials of late, this is set to be launched on SAB TV. If one goes by the producers, Rose Movies, it is all about the aspirations, dreams, desires and defeats of the common man and the simplicity in which the life is celebrated.

It revolves around four women - Ranjana, Niyati, Sameera and Ragini - it deals with the common factor in their life: Twinkle Beauty Parlour. Ranjana (Narayani Shastri) owns the parlour, while her other friends Sameera (Simple Kaul), Ragini (Manini De) and Niyati (Smita Bansal) come to her for beauty treatment and more. Although they come from different backgrounds and have different tastes, this is the only place they can meet, talk and share experiences. The serial also has Rajeev Paul, playing one of the lead male protagonists.

Twinkle Beauty Parlour premieres May 15, 9 pm, on SAB TV.
