TVS Saregama, hosted by Sonu Nigam, brought us talents like Sunidhi Chauhan and Shreya Ghoshal. But now, with Shaan as anchor, the show has evolved into a battle between music directors.

Music composers like Jatin-Lalit, Ismail Darbar, Aadesh Shrivastava and Himesh Reshammiya teach the contestants and put their talents to the test.

The show's appeal lies in the way Bollywood's established music directors take their gloves off and attack each other verbally.

The final winners, one male and one female, will get a contract with Universal Music and a chance to sing for a Zee Telefilms movie. Other perks include a car and a fully furnished two-bedroom flat in Mumbai.
