About her role in the film, Ash said, "I play a girl who does not believe in getting married to any person without any reason. I will marry only that person whom I love and understand."

Vivek added, "And I play someone who believes that if my great grandfather, my grandfather, and my father went for an arranged marriage, why should I be any different? Why should I have a love marriage? All of them led happy lives, so why should I risk a love marriage?"

The actor continued, "We went through some bad times [while shooting]. First, I met with an accident. Then, Ash also had an accident. The film kept getting delayed. Luckily, it is complete now and ready for release."

Ash said the couple, who are currently dating, have more films together in the pipeline. "But I never announce new projects," she asserted. "The producers do that. After all, he is the person who is putting his money in the film. So we will announce our next film at an appropriate time when the producers are ready with their statements."
