After the success of Baghban, Ravi Chopra has decided to repeat the star cast in his next film, Babul.

Amitabh Bachchan, Hema Malini, and Salman Khan have been finalised for the project. But the casting is still incomplete. Chopra needs an actress to play Big B's daughter-in-law.

While he has approached Kajol and Rani Mukerji, neither has been finalised yet.

It may be recalled that Kajol played Bachchan's daughter-in-law in her last film, Karan Johar's Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham.

The director has also approached Akshay Kumar to play another important character in the film.

The shooting will start in August or September.
