For the first time, Shah Rukh Khan will produce a film but not star in it.

To be co-produced by best friend Karan Johar, the yet-untitled thriller will be directed by debutant Soham Shah.

After much deliberation, the final cast is now ready: Ajay Devgan, Vivek Oberoi, John Abraham, Lara Dutta and Esha Deol.

Earlier, Shahid Kapur and Saif Ali Khan had been approached for Vivek's role, while Esha took over when Priyanka Chopra stepped out.

The shooting will start in October in and around the world famous Corbett National Park in Uttaranchal.
