To sign Bollywood's No 1 actress for one's directorial debut is no mean feat.

Samir Karnik managed the incredible when he signed Aishwarya Rai for Kyun! Ho Gaya Na... in October 2002.

The film, produced by Boney Kapoor, also stars Amitabh Bachchan and Vivek Oberoi. It will be released on Friday, August 13.

Ash and Vivek apparently became Bollywood's Jodi No 1 during the making of this film.

The actress spoke to News Editor (Entertainment) Syed Firdaus Ashraf about her new film.
