The evening saw a couple of performances by singer Sujata Bhattacharya and dances choreographed by Remo.

Arjun Rampal, who was accompanied with his beautiful wife, former model Mehr Jesia, looked good in his black Rocky S outfit.

Rampal plays Urmila's husband and the narrator in Tehzeeb. "It started off as a small role that went on to become a full-fledged role," he says.

The film, which was canned in 35 days, holds many memorable moments for its cast and crew. "I remember this one incident. Since we play a Muslim family, we were eating biryani for one of the scenes. That day, I ate so much biryani! And Urmila kept telling me, 'You can't eat more than me!' Arjun laughs.

He said he acted in Tehzeeb for the 'least amount of money' he had ever been paid for a movie.
