Chori Chori is Milan Luthria's second film after the surprise 1999 hit Kachche Dhaage. Ajay Devgan featured in Kachcha Dhaage too, along with Saif Ali Khan, Manisha Koirala and Namrata Shirodkar.

Luthria (seen here along with Rani Mukerji) was an assistant to filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt before he turned director.

He admits Chori Chori is part influenced by Sandra Bullock's While You Were Sleeping.

Chori Chori hits the screens on August 1.
