Varma earlier partnered and produced Dil Se. with Shekhar Kapur and Mani Ratnam (for their joint company India Talkies), Company with Boney Kapoor, Shool and Bhoot with Nitin Manmohan.
For Darna Mana Hai, his Varma Corporation collaborated with the NRI-promoted entertainment company, K Sera Sera.
Besides Darna, they will co-produce Ab Tak Chhappan, Chala Vinod Tiwari Film Banane and Nimmi.
