Abhay (Fardeen Khan) is a happy-go-lucky city boy who craves for the affection of his grandparents (Vikram Gokhale and Farida Jalal). He is overjoyed when the duo invites him to their village home.

The charming and friendly Abhay soon wins over all the members in the family, excluding his tough Grandpa. Meanwhile, he also falls in love with the bubbly Mangla (Richa Pallod).
