Nano: All about booking, allotment & more

How to file the application form
Please read the terms and conditions carefully before filling the booking form.
Please fill the booking form only in English in block letters
Please ensure all fields are duly filled.
Please ensure details filled in all the 3 copies of the booking form are the same.
Booking forms with the booking amount can be submitted at any of the following locations:
1. Tata Motors passenger car dealerships;
2. Select SBI branches;
3. All Croma outlets;
4. All Westside outlets.
Please ensure all the following documents are submitted:
1. Booking form (Tata Motors, bank and customer's copies);
2. Payment instrument;
3. A cancelled cheque of the customer's account in case refund is required through electronic means;
4. Photocopy of photo ID card;
5. Form 60/61 in absence of PAN card.
The customer needs retain his copy (Customer's copy) of the form duly stamped for future communication.
