Success is a relative word. We believe there is so much more to be done. We have not reached a stage where we look back and tell ourselves that 'yes, we have done it'. We continue to believe that 'we are still doing it'.

We focus on solving real problems that the market is facing, sometime anticipating what needs to be done in the future, and then develop the necessary technology to do that.

We do our best to inculcate the culture of strong engineering with emphasis on research and development. We have fostered a culture where we don't tell ourselves 'no'. We experiment a lot, even for a small company, and we fail a lot too.

Our attitude is shaped by Indian setting to certain extent - where we focus on bare necessities, we always ask ourselves –would someone pay for it. That attitude has made us more realistic. Technology doesn't always have to be fantastic. It can be very basic - solving some basic problems that we continue to face. We will keep solving them - one by one.

What would be your advice to entrepreneurs in India?

Don't get into EMIs. These are monthly payments for homes, apartments, cars, motorbikes, etc. As much as possible, don't try to get 'settled' too soon in life. Getting 'settled' is a never ending game. Keep your recurring monthly expenses as little as possible. That will allow you to take up entrepreneurship easily.

Don't be bothered by what others think of you. You have a lifetime to prove it to others. When you are young, do something that you like and enjoy. Be prepared to fail. It's better to try and fail than not try at all.
