Bhubaneswar
Bhubaneswar, the capital of Orissa, has made the most of India's economic reforms process. It has been the recipient of huge doses of investment, especially in the fields of information technology, telecommunications, and engineering.
The city, in a very short span of time, has become of the India's major IT-BPO hubs. Strong government support in developing IT parks, offering incentives to IT companies willing to invest in Orissa, and in land acquisition has made Bhubaneswar a much sought after IT-BPO centre in India. Almost all the Indian biggies -- Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys, Wipro and Satyam -- have set up or are setting up shop here.

Apart from these cities, the Nasscom study also mentions the following cities that have great potential to be big BPO centres: Mangalore, Coimbatore, Indore, Lucknow, Thiruvananthapuram, Tiruchirapalli, Vadodara, Visakhapatnam, Aurangabad, Bhopal, Goa, Gwalior, Hubli-Dharwad, Kanpur, Nashik, Pondicherry, Salem, Surat, Vijayawada, Allahabad, Dehradun, Durgapur, Gangtok, Guwahati, Ludhiana, Patna, Raipur, Ranchi, Shimla, Siliguri, Srinagar, and Varanasi
