Manisha Girotra is the chairperson of UBS Warburg India. Girotra is responsible for all investment banking activities of the group in India since December 2002.
Girotra has over 18 years of experience in investment banking. Girotra has worked on the privatisation of the Indian Petrochemicals Corporation, Tata-SIA's bid for Air India and Scottish & Newcastle's investment in the UB group.
A gold medallist from the Delhi School of Economics and a topper in Economics (Honours) from St. Stephen's, New Delhi she holds a postgraduate degree in economics.
She worked with Grindlays for two years. She also worked with Barclays for about four years.
