The partnership expands the market reach for Talisma's multi-channel customer relationship management solutions and provides Sutherland clients access to Talisma's technology solution, a release issued in Chennai by Sutherland Global Services said.
The two companies will represent each other's services to mutually identified clients, it said.
"Talisma's multi-channel CRM is a world-class solution that fits nicely into the eCRM marketplace and will provide our customers a quality choice in handling e-mail, chat and web-forms inquiries," said Dan Lang, senior vice-president, global market development of Sutherland.
Jim O'Farrell, vice-president of Talisma said the addition of Sutherland as a CoSource partner would expand its reach in the marketplace, allowing additional companies to obtain the significant return on investment and increased customer satisfaction provided by the industry's best multi-channel CRM solution.
New York-based Sutherland Global Services employs about 7,000 employees at its facilities in Chennai and Mumbai. In Chennai alone, it has about 5,500 people working in three facilities in the city.
