SSI makes offer for added 20% in Aptech

SSI Ltd made an open offer to buy an additional 20 per cent stake in Aptech Ltd for Rs 49.75 a share. The company earlier signed a share purchase pact to acquire 27.18 per cent in Aptech. The offer will increase the company's holding in Aptech to over 47 per cent. BSE Code: 517556
