QSupport ties up with Spain's Bankoi.com

As part of its foray into the pro-active European market, QSupport Technologies Ltd has entered into a strategic alliance with Spain's leading technology portal, Bankoi.com, to provide high-end technical support,

Bankoi.com is a specialized portal providing services to IT professionals who deal with Windows and Linux Systems.

The Bangalore-based end-to-end solutions' company will provide 7x24 technical support via e-mail and chat to corporates, Internet service providers, original equipment manufacturers, independent software vendors, and portals who have registered with Bankoi.com.

While technical support through email will be provided in English and Spanish, with Bankoi.com translating content from English to Spanish and vice versa wherever necessary, chat and telephonic support will be in English.

"Bankoi.com is our first customer in Europe. The value proposition QSupport offers to Bankoi.com is a combination of quality, skill, experience and cost," said company's CEO Viju Thomas, here in a statement on Thursday.

"Global organisations have leveraged QSupport to increase their customer satisfaction and improve operational efficiencies; in deploying product support call centers and IT help desks," Thomas stated.

According to Bankoi.com president Josep Pocalles, the portal caters to IT professionals who have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of technology.

"When they come to us for technical support, we should be able to offer them high-end support. We have identified QSupport as a company that can meet our stringent requirements," he added.

QSupport's expertise spans 370 products in the desktop, Internet, server and networking domains. It addresses over 2 million end users in 23 countries through voice, email, chat, self-help resources, and remote support technologies.

Bankoi.com's service suite includes helpdesk services, online file storage, data recovery solutions, back-up solutions, tech support forums, IT seminars, e-mail tech support, and an extensive IT resource base featuring employment resources, a library and training resources.

Bankoi.com also provides an extensive set of guides on computer certification, votech education, Windows, Linux, and Net Security. A tech knowledge base with articles on specific software, especially for Windows, is also offered.
