HDFC Bank set to file with SEC for ADS issue

HDFC Bank, India's second-largest private sector bank, will make a public filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday for its proposed $150 million American depositary shares issue, a source said.

The issue will be priced later this week after roadshows are completed, the source added.

HDFC Bank shares were up 2.23 per cent at Rs 222.25 in Monday trade, while the Sensex was 0.17 per cent higher.
