Facebook's Mark Zuckerbeg, Twitter's co-founder Jack Dorsey and Apple's late founder Steve Jobs, all were habitual of some daily rituals and rigid routines.
Everybody idolises the successful life that many of the top techies live, but the secret behind their success isn't mere exceptional talent they possess but the 'routine' that they religiously follow.
Top tech CEOs like Facebook's Mark Zuckerbeg, Twitter's co-founder Jack Dorsey and Apple's late founder Steve Jobs, all were habitual of some daily rituals and rigid routines.
According to news.com.au, Zuckerberg wore the same tie for a year, while Dorsey swears by his regular saunas and Jobs had a collection of 100 Issey Miyake designed black turtleneck sweaters that he wore everyday, so that their attention could be channelised to much important tasks at work.

Research by Harvard Business School suggests that repetitive actions can help people cope with stressful situations and adopting rituals in the office makes good business sense.
Zuckerberg has 20 identical grey T-shirts and wears them on rotation for five days of the week, paired with blue jeans and thongs or trainers, depending on the season.

Dorsey has seven days of his entire week specifically designated for separate tasks, like Mondays for management meets, Tuesdays for product development, Wednesday is marketing and communications, Thursday with developers and partnerships and Friday is spent discussing the company's culture while the weekends are devoted for personal improvement.

The report said that it is not just the routine that these top bosses swear by, their dietary structure also plays an important role as the co-founder of Tumblr, David Karp, takes exact same breakfast every morning, which consists of pancakes, eggs Florentine, avocado and bacon.
