Curry Ice Cream

Our khatta-meetha-khara-mirch tradition does well in ice creams too. MasterChef Australia Season 13 contestant Pete Campbell created a curry ice cream, whose Indian spices packed a mighty punch and served it with pineapple granita and crunchy peanut coconut crumble.
