Which is a good thing because so do we!

Shonali Nagrani does not need any introduction to cricket fans.

Rediff.com's Hitesh Harisinghani caught up with the model-turned-actress and TV show host and got chatting.

What does fashion mean to you?

Fashion means expressing myself every time. I'm not someone who'll over-style myself.  I like to keep it simple.

Could you take us through your diet and fitness regime?

I start my day with a cup of tea with sugar followed by egg whites omelettes and toast.

Lunch includes dal, sabzi and roti.

My dinner is generally some roasted chicken and soup.

I have reached a stage in life where if I don't workout I feel I can't breathe properly.

I do strenuous workout everyday with my trainer Harrison James which includes functional training and Pilates.

What is your biggest fear?

Fear of failure.

If I take up something and I cannot deliver it to my expectation, it drives me crazy.

I expect a lot from myself and I am a little too hard on myself.

And how do you overcome that fear?

When I realise that something has not gone the way it should have I just swallow my pride and learn to do deal with it and find another way out.

What is the one thing you look for in a guy?

Honesty

And what is the one thing that turns you off?

Hypocrisy!
