India's Masala Omelette In Top World Egg Rankings

TasteAtlas released a list of the 100 best egg dishes in the world -- India's masala omelette made it to 22. Who were the first few?

No 1: Ajitsuke Tamago

The rasta-wallah, train-special, apna omelette finds a place in global rankings no doubt for its pungent spicy flavours -- sautéed onions, green chilies, fresh coriander, chilly powder, and turmeric powder. Put it within two slices of bread or a warm freshly-baked paav and its heaven on earth in the culinary dept.
