According to Healthline, watermelon is rich in vitamins A and C, both of which play a vital role in maintaining a healthy, glowing complexion. Vitamin C supports the natural production of collagen, improving skin elasticity and can reduce the appearance of fine lines and dryness over time. Vitamin A aids in the formation and repair of skin cells.

Papaya contains papain, a natural enzyme that removes dead skin cells and clears clogged pores says Medical News Today. It’s rich in vitamins A, C, and E, which nourish the skin and promote a brighter, more even complexion. Regular consumption and topical application of this fruit may fade pigmentation and soften the skin texture.
