Portugal Sunrise
Ingredients
- 30 ml cranberry juice
- 60 ml vodka
- Fresh peach muddled
- Top up with sprite
Method:
Muddled peach, add ice, add cranberry juice and vodka. Pour in tall glass

Mexico Sour

Ingredients:
- 60 ml whiskey
- 30 ml orange juice
- 15ml melted chocolate

Cuba Liberation

Ingredients:
- Few drops of lime or lemon juice
- 60 ml dark rum
- 120 ml cola
Method
Place two or three ice cubes in a tall glass. Add 60 ml of dark rum and a few drops of lime or lemon juice. Top with fresh cola and garnish with a slice of lemon or lime.

Brasiljito

Ingredients:
- Dices of green apple muddled
- 60 ml gin
- 30 ml pineapple juice
- 4 mint leaves
- 3 wedges of lime
Method
Shake pineapple juice and passion syrup; blend green apple syrup with mint leaves and top in long glass.

Very Berry

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 15 ml of lime juice
- 120 ml of cranberry juice
- 60 ml of gold rum
Method
In a long drink glass, dissolve 1 spoon of sugar in 15 ml of lime. Add ice cubes. Add the cranberry juice. Add the gold rum. Stir.
