Moringa or drumsticks are a common but yummy ingredient used in curries across India. Suresh Moopanar's preparation simmers the moringa in a rich gravy of assorted spices.

Moringa Paratha

These flatbreads by Devi S use besan or chickpea flour, whole wheat flour and finely-chopped moringa leaves. Not difficult to put together, fry them in minimal oil, serve with yoghurt and start your day well. It's what Indian PM, Narendra D Modi breakfasts on.
