Moisturise Regularly

Keep your feet soft and smooth by moisturising them daily with lotion, cream, or petroleum jelly. Don't let them get dry. Here's a pro tip: Avoid applying moisturiser between your toes! Keeping that area dry prevents infections and maintains their health, states Cleveland Clinic.

Take care of your toenails everyday after bath, when they are at their softest. Use a nail clipper to trim them straight across -- avoid cutting into the corners -- and then gently smooth the edges with an emery board, recommend John Hopkins Health.

Extra weight puts more pressure on your feet with every step, increasing the risk of foot pain and cracks. It can also contribute to issues like diabetes and poor circulation, which may lead to discomfort or even loss of sensation, states Harvard Health.

Use A Pumice Stone

Give your feet some extra TLC with a pumice stone, and skin softeners, to gently remove dead skin, suggests Healthline. After that, treat them to a natural scrub like coffee or rice to get rid of any remaining dust.

A Massage

A good foot massage can do wonders, recommends Harvard Health! It will relieve pain, improve circulation, and provide overall relaxation. Before heading to bed, apply your favorite oil and gently massage your feet. With regular practice, you'll soon feel the difference.
