According to the World Population Review statistics for 2025, these nations have the tallest average human height in the world.

Netherlands 

The Netherlands consistently ranks as the country with the tallest average height globally. Dutch men, at 19, have an average height of 183.78 cm or about 6 ft, while Dutch women average 170.36 cm or about 5 ft 7 in.

Montenegro

Montenegrin males at 19 have an average height of 183.3 cm or about 6 ft, with the females averaging 169.96 cm or about 5 ft 7 in. The population’s tall stature is believed to result from a combination of genetic factors and a protein-rich diet.

Estonia

In Estonia, 19-year-old males average 182.79 cm or about 6 ft, while females average 168.66 cm or about 5 ft 6 in.

Bosnia And Herzegovina

Bosnian young men, at 19, have an average height of 182.47 cm or about 6 ft, with women at the same age averaging 167.47 cm or about 5 ft 6 in.

Icelandic 19-year-old males average 182.1 cm or about 6 ft in height, while females average 168.91 cm or about 5 ft 7 in.

In Denmark, 19-year-old males have an average height of 181.89 cm or about 6 ft, and females average 169.47 cm or about 5 ft 7 in.

Czech Republic

Czech males aged 19 average 181.19 cm or about 5 ft 11 in and females average 167.96 cm or about 5 ft 6 in. Genetic factors, combined with a diet that includes meats, potatoes, and bread, influence the average height in the Czech Republic.

Latvia

Latvian 19-year-old men have an average height of 181.17 cm or about 5 ft 11 in. The women average 168.81 cm or about 5 ft 6 in. The tall stature in Latvia is linked to genetic predispositions and a diet rich in grains, potatoes, and dairy products.

India

And where does India stand? According to worlddatainfo.com, India is 115th tallest in the world, a tiny bit shorter than Sri Lankans, Pakistanis and those from Myanmar but slightly taller than Bangladeshis, Indonesians and Nepalese. But Indian women are taller than Pakistani women. The average height for 19-year-old males in India is approximately 166.5 cm or about 5 ft 6 in, while for females of the same age, are around 155.2 cm or 5 ft 1 in.
