7 Foods That Set Off Migraines

It has been fairly scientifically established that certain foods trigger migraines. The caffiene, aspertame, histamine,  beta-phenylethylamine, nitric oxide, MSG and tyramine content of these eatables are responsible for provoking migraines, says Healthline.

Alcohol

Cause: Perhaps the histamine and tyramine in alcohol, especially in red wine.

Cause: Perhaps the caffeine and beta-phenylethylamine in chocolate.
