Supermodel Gisele Bundchen enjoyed a poolside yoga session and took to Instagram to share the pics.

Dressed in grey athleisure separates, the 40-year-old model is seen twisting her body into a yoga stretch as she posed for the pic.

IMAGE: 'After battling severe panic attacks in my early 20s, I experienced a big transformation, one that changed my life forever,' shared Gisele on Instagram.
'Meditation, breathwork and replacing unhealthy habits with healthier ones were some of the incredible tools that went along with this rebirth.
'I know now from experience that the biggest challenges we face are often our biggest opportunities for growth.
'Yes, we can feel alone and overwhelmed when we're in the thick of things, but nothing is permanent, and if we do the work we can come out on the other side stronger than ever. That is something I wish for everyone,' she wrote.

'If you can't change the situation, try to change your perception of it,' she shared along with this pic.

'Without discipline, your dreams will only ever stay in your head.
'Each day is a chance for you to bring them into fruition.
'Don't give up just because they're not manifesting as quickly or in the way that you'll like.
'Trust the process and keep working towards them,' she advises.
