R K Porwal from Udaipur, Rajasthan writes: "I recommend a good amount of orange, mosambi and kinnu (mandarin hybrid) to help keep away any infection. These fruits also reduce cholesterol and help with smooth motions due to their high vitamin C content."

M Srinivasan, 68, from T Nagar in Chennai does yoga for 30-60 minutes in a day. "I normally used to do yoga for 10-20 minutes, but now I do it for 30-60 minutes."

According to Saurav Sengupta from Kolkata there should be a Bharat Bandh by all state heads unanimously for a period of 48-72 hours. "At homes, newspaper circulation should be stopped since it goes through several hands before reaching the reader," he adds.

K Baburaj, 45, from Hyderabad says, "Wear a mask only if you have signs of flu and cough, to avoid it spreading to others. Take high protein food to build immunity."

"Steam inhalation and saline water gargling a couple of times a day is good," suggests Devendra Reddy from Bengaluru. "Typically the virus resides in cool places and our sinus and throat seem to be good spots for them. Of course, social distancing, hand washing need to be done."
