This can bring on fatigue and overpowering hunger later in the day, potentially causing binge eating, as explained by Healthline.

Healthline also states: 'Most breakfast cereals are loaded with sugar and refined grains. High sugar consumption is harmful and may increase your risk of several diseases'.

Processed Meats

According to the World Health Organization, processed meats like bacon, sausages, salami, are high in saturated fats and sodium, which can bring on heart disease and hypertension.

Flavoured Yoghurt

Flavoured yoghurts often have extra amounts of added sugar, which can diminish the probiotic and nutritional benefits of yoghurt. Excessive sugar consumption in the morning can lead to energy crashes and heightened cravings, says National Institutes of Health.

The same goes for extra sweet, heavy-cream lassis and overly sweet tea.

White Bread, Paav Or Parathas, Puris 

Refined foods like white bread, paav and bagels lack fibre and essential nutrients, resulting in rapid digestion, short-lived energy, and subsequent hunger, says Healthline.

For instance, eating two or even three whole oranges will fill you up better and have less sugar and more valuable fibre than a glass of fresh OJ.
