Broccoli has always made it, prominently, to the yearly lists of superfoods we must have for the sheer number of nutrients it contains.
A quick way to get broccoli into you every day is via a Broccoli Smoothie. That may sound ugh, but you'd be surprised how interesting it tastes and the wealth of goodness it contains.
If you don't want to drink it at room temperature, warm it up lightly, season it with a dash of salt and pepper, and have it as a soup with a side of wholegrain bread.
Grind it or whiz it all up in a blender/mixer and pour into a glass and serve immediately. Serves: 1
