Create a mental grid out of numbers, or items. Make an effort to memorise the elements in the grid. As you get better, gradually increase the grid's size
Focus your attention on a single point, such as your breath, a mantra or a visualisation. When your mind wanders, gently bring it back to the focus point
To enhance your memory and focus, keep a memory journal. Put down significant occasions, appointments, and assignments in writing
Engage in activities that challenge your problem-solving skills, such as crosswords, Sudoku, chess or brain teasers
Shuffle the cards with names, numbers or shapes and try to realign all and form the original shape
